原文：He insisted on building another house, which he had no use for.
参考译文：他坚持要再造一幢房子，尽管他并无此需要。
我的译文：尽管用不上，他还是一意孤行盖了一间房子。
技巧提示：翻译此类定语从句时，可以把从句部分翻译为状语。
