recapitulate [V-T/V-I]	You can say that you are going to recapitulate the main points of an explanation, argument, or description when you want to draw attention to the fact that you are going to repeat the most important points as a summary. 概括	Let’s just recapitulate the essential points. 让我们只概述一下基本要点吧。
deplorable [ADJ]	If you say that something is deplorable, you think that it is very bad and unacceptable. 糟透的、凄惨的	They were living in the most deplorable conditions. 他们生活在最糟糕的环境里。
